Notice on the Relevant Matters Concerning the Cancellation of the Protection Fees of New Plant Varieties

Protection fees of new plant varieties will be cancelled since April 1, 2017. The details are as follows:

1. Cancel the application fees, examination fees and annual fees since April 1, 2017;

2. If notice for protection fees was issued before March 31, 2017 , the applicant, owner or agency should still pay the official fees timely within the deadline. The annual fees expire before March 31, 2017 should also be paid.

3.Should a withdrawal, waiver or termination arise before March 31,2017 due to the failure to pay the relevant fees,the right to be restored within the prescribed time limit shall be recovered after examination and the relevant expenses are paid.

4.Any payment can not be refunded. Hereby inform.
